Shaun Kearon set up Eaton Press Print Solutions Limited in December 2001. They are a firm of litho-commercial printers based in Liverpool, providing print services to a range of other businesses.
Shaun first encountered Dufton Kellner in 2003, during the process of buying another printing company, as a means of expanding his own firm. His bank manager informed him that he would need to employ an accountancy service to take him through the acquisition process, and recommended Dufton Kellner.
"I liked the noises they made at our initial meeting," says Shaun. "They struck me as a young, dynamic and forward thinking firm."
Dufton Kellner helped Shaun to arrange funding and legal support for the acquisition, and also assisted with tax planning. They provided advice on the expansion of his business, looking at implementing the best structure for moving forward.
Dufton Kellner now prepares Shaun’s annual accounts, and also offer unlimited telephone support and guidance. According to Shaun, he can contact them as and when he feels he wants advice on any business issue.
"If I need to bounce something off them, they’re there," he explains. "I like dealing with Dufton Kellner because I’ve found everyone at the firm extremely helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about them."
