>> Jane joined the DK team in November 2003 after twenty years in accountancy practice. Originally trained in accounts preparation and audit work Jane took a leap of faith out of the dull world of the accounts room into the exciting and humorous world of tax. Jane worked her way through night school, then onto B Tec national diploma, Association of Accounting Technicians and, after her defection from the dark side, the Association of Tax Technicians.

Jane is married to an extremely patient driving instructor with three grown up step children. In her spare time Jane goes to the local gym, usually to be found in the sauna. She loves her garden and her favourite pastime is wandering garden centres where she can be persuaded to buy any number of plants.
