Have you ever considered the question ‘How can it be called success if you’re not enjoying it?’ Business Edge takes this as its starting point. We work with you to determine exactly what it is that you want from your business - what do you want it to look like when it’s finished? It’s really important to get these foundations right, otherwise the business can end up looking quite different from what you desired.

The programme covers six intensive sessions, over three or six months. During each session we build on one of the key challenges identified during the initial planning day. Examples of the areas typically covered include -
