>> what is it? The Business Builder Review (BBR) is an intensive half-day programme designed to identify the key opportunities within your business and create practical actions for moving forward.

The session starts with a discussion about what you want from your business. We then use software to map out your current financial position. The model allows us to play with different scenarios, doing ‘what if’ analysis. For example, you can see in real-time what would happen if you changed your prices, even accounting for the possible change in number of customers. This allows you to investigate price reduction and price increase strategies without going near a real customer. And there are many more inputs into the ‘what if’ programme.

The BBR then continues using what we call Simple Stuff that Works (SSTW). And that does exactly what it says, generating practical ideas to grow your sales, increase your profitability, get more time away - whatever your key objectives are.

You leave with an action plan that you can either work at on your own or, if you prefer, we can get actively involved through programmes like Business Edge, Making it Happen or System Builder.
